Welcome to Little Orchard Cottage

Little Orchard Cottage is situated in the gardens and former orchard of Orchard Cottage. It is a beautifully converted seventeenth century stone building, roofed with local slate. The cottage sleeps two and offers private, self-contained accommodation opening onto a sunny, cobbled courtyard and gardens.

The cottage front door leads into a small hallway ideal for coats and boots.

The hallway leads into a large main room and includes a living and dining area with farmhouse table and chairs, sofa and digital television with Freeview and DVD player. Free WiFi is also provided.

The dining area includes a fully equipped kitchenette with farmhouse sink, cooker, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, microwave and all necessary utensils.

At the far end of the living area is a very comfortable king-size brass bed, a large wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers. The room is beautifully furnished, with large windows allowing the evening sun to stream in.

Private Patio Garden
Another door opens directly onto a pretty, south-facing cobbled patio garden with table and chairs, a swingseat and gas barbecue.  This private terrace is lined with mature trees and beautiful flowerbeds and is a lovely place to sit for alfresco dining or drinks and watch the sun go down.

The well lit bathroom offers a powerful shower, large mirror, fluffy towels and shaving point.

Amenities
All bed linen and towels are provided. Fuel and electricity are also inclusive. Little Orchard Cottage has full central heating.

Guests are welcome to use the washing machine and dryer in the owner’s house at no extra cost..

We welcome walkers and cyclists and we can provide secure storage for bikes and drying facilities for wet boots and clothes.

Regrettably, we cannot accept dogs.
